Those are the gentlemen I have been dealing with at Basa since day one.  I have purchased 7 boats in 10 years from Basa Marine.  I started with a 17 footer and have built up to 31 foot.  The purchase I'm planning in 2011 should get me to 33.  So yes I have 2 footeyetis. I have purchased new boats and used boats from Basa.  Any warranty issues were covered with ease.  On the used boats I purchased, I knew the service department went over the boat with a fine tooth comb.  Any problems that did come up, were taken care of immediately by the service department.   And with the season being so short, getting service quickly is hard to find.  But that is what I have come to expect with the service department at Basa.  Scott the service dept. manager is the best out there.  The mechanics are all top notch, and go beyond expectation.  They have serviced my boat at the Chain and on Lake Michigan in two locations.  My home port Hammond, and when I visit New Buffalo.  Rich from sales has gone so far as to give me his own vehicle to get back home from the Basa office in New Buffalo.  I had an emergency at home and took his personal vehicle, while he drove my boat back to Hammond.  I had a warranty issue on a new boat over a long holiday weekend.  Manufacturer was dragging thier feet.  Rudie and Rich had a boat in my slip to use for the holiday. So from Rich and Rudie in Sales.  Scott and the gang in service.  I would go nowhere else to purchase a boat.  It is more than a business to these guys.  We have become friends, along with the business of buying and selling the boats.  I know that I couldn't be taken care of any better than at Basa's Marine.  Bob Biagi Woodridge Illinois
